Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Our Promise

Your subscription should be on your terms — easy to start, easy to manage, and easy to stop. We never lock you in, never require a phone call, and never make cancelling harder than signing up. Everything below explains exactly how Subscribe & Save works, so there are no surprises and no fine print.

How Subscribe & Save Works

When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you authorize ROSSEWELL to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the discounted subscription price, at the frequency you choose (typically every 30 days for a single bottle, or every 60–90 days for multi-bottle plans).

Each recurring order ships automatically — no need to reorder. You stay subscribed until you decide to pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel.

By selecting Subscribe & Save at checkout, you are agreeing to:

  • The subscription price displayed at the time of purchase, which remains locked in for the lifetime of your subscription.
  • Recurring billing at your selected frequency, charged to the payment method on file.
  • This Subscription & Cancellation Policy in full.

These terms are presented and acknowledged at checkout.

Notifications You'll Receive

You will never be charged without warning. We send the following emails for every subscription:

  • Welcome email — immediately after you subscribe, with full details of your plan, your next charge date, and a one-click link to your Manage Subscription portal.
  • Renewal reminder email — 3 days before every recurring charge, with the amount, date, and a one-click link to skip, pause, or cancel that shipment.
  • Charge confirmation email — the day your card is charged, with your invoice and tracking info as soon as it ships.
  • Cancellation confirmation email — immediately after you cancel, confirming the date and that no further charges will occur.

If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder and add support@rossewell.com to your safe senders list. We cannot waive billing for emails the customer did not see in their inbox, but we can resend any of the above on request.

How to Pause, Skip, Change, or Cancel

You have full self-service control over your subscription at any time, through any of these methods:

  • Manage Subscription portal: visit rossewell.com/manage-subscription and log in with the email used at purchase (we email you a one-click magic link, no password needed).
  • Direct link in every email: every renewal reminder and order confirmation contains a one-click link to manage or cancel your plan.
  • Email: send "cancel my subscription" to support@rossewell.com with your order number and we'll cancel within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and email confirmation.

From the portal, you can:

Action What it does
Skip next shipment Delays one shipment, then resumes normally.
Pause subscription Indefinitely pauses billing and shipments until you choose to resume.
Change frequency Switch between every 30, 60, or 90 days.
Change quantity / product Add or swap bottles in your shipment.
Update payment method Replace card before failed billing occurs.
Update shipping address Change delivery address for the next shipment.
Cancel subscription Stop all future charges and shipments immediately.

No retention call. No friction. No agent will try to talk you out of cancelling. You can do all of this in under 60 seconds.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellation is effective immediately upon submission through any of the methods above.
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within minutes (please check spam if not received within 24 hours).
  • No future charges will be made to your payment method.
  • Already-shipped orders are non-refundable beyond the first-order guarantee (see Returns & Refunds policy), as the product has already been packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner.

Important: Cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to prevent that renewal from processing. Renewals already in processing cannot be reversed — but you can request a refund through our Returns & Refunds policy.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • First-order satisfaction guarantee: your very first subscription order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Returns & Refunds policy).
  • Subsequent renewals are non-refundable beyond verified damaged or incorrect items, because you've already had the chance to try the product and chose to continue.
  • If a renewal charge processed because you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, contact support@rossewell.com within 48 hours of the charge — we review these case-by-case and will often issue a one-time courtesy refund or credit toward your next order, at our discretion.

This is a goodwill policy, not a guaranteed right. We can only offer it because most customers respect it. Please don't make us reconsider.

Failed Payments & Automatic Retries

If your card is declined on a renewal date, we will:

  • Email you immediately with a one-click link to update your payment method.
  • Retry the charge up to 3 times over the following 5 days.
  • If all retries fail, pause your subscription automatically — no further attempts will be made, and you can reactivate anytime by updating your payment method.

You will never be billed multiple times unexpectedly. Failed payment retries are clearly logged in your Manage Subscription portal.

Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription

You can reactivate any cancelled subscription anytime through the Manage Subscription portal. Your original subscription price will be preserved if reactivation occurs within 90 days of cancellation. After 90 days, reactivation is treated as a new subscription at the current rate.

Account Closure & Data

If you wish to permanently close your account and delete your data, email support@rossewell.com with the subject line "Close my account." We will:

  • Cancel all active subscriptions immediately.
  • Process any pending refunds owed under our policies.
  • Delete your personal data within 30 days, in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable US privacy laws.
  • Retain only the minimum transaction records required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (typically 6 years under UK law).

Important: Before You File a Payment Dispute

We resolve nearly every subscription concern within 24 hours, and our self-service portal is faster than a bank chargeback. If you have any concern about a renewal charge, please email support@rossewell.com first — we will resolve it immediately, including refunding a charge in genuine error.

Filing a chargeback for a subscription renewal you authorized at checkout — without first contacting us or cancelling via the portal — is considered first-party (friendly) fraud. For every subscriber, we retain the following compelling evidence on file:

  • Your explicit consent to recurring billing at the original checkout (timestamped).
  • Your acceptance of this Subscription & Cancellation Policy (checkbox at checkout).
  • All renewal reminder emails sent before each charge (delivery confirmation logged).
  • Your IP address, device information, and email engagement with our notifications.
  • Order tracking and delivery confirmation for every shipment.
  • Records of all portal logins and any cancellation attempts (or absence of them).

This evidence is submitted to the card network on every dispute, and our chargeback win rate on subscription disputes filed without prior contact is very high. We also reserve the right to decline future service and recover associated dispute costs from any customer engaging in friendly fraud.

This does not affect your legal rights — it simply asks you to give us the chance to help first. We almost always can, and the resolution is faster than any bank dispute.

Compliance with UK & US Regulations

This policy is designed to comply with:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • US FTC "Click-to-Cancel" Rule (Negative Option Rule, 16 CFR Part 425): cancellation is offered through the same medium as enrollment, with no additional steps required.
  • California Automatic Renewal Law (Business and Professions Code § 17600) and equivalent state-level statutes in NY, OR, CO, IL, and others.
  • UK GDPR and CCPA for data and account management requests.

If you reside in a jurisdiction with additional consumer protections, those statutory rights apply on top of this policy and are not waived by it.

Acceptance of These Terms

By selecting Subscribe & Save at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription & Cancellation Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Terms of Service. These terms are presented and explicitly acknowledged at checkout.
