By accessing the website rossewell.com ("Site"), placing an order, or using any of our services, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Returns & Refunds Policy, our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy — all of which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site or purchase any products. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.

RE-CROWN Postpartum Hair Revival Serum and all products sold on this Site are cosmetic personal-care products. They are not medicines, drugs, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region (USD for the United States, GBP for the United Kingdom, etc.) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers are valid only during their stated period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize ROSSEWELL to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable shipping fees and taxes. You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and/or PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant, industry-standard payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Taxes

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

If you select Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency and price disclosed at the time of purchase. • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• A reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal.
• Cancellation is available at any time through the Manage Subscription portal, email links, or by contacting support@rossewell.com — no phone call required.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents all future charges.
• Already-shipped orders are non-refundable beyond the first-order satisfaction guarantee.

By selecting Subscribe & Save, you acknowledge and consent to these recurring billing terms.

6. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days from shipment. Free shipping is offered on orders meeting the minimum threshold displayed on the Site.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. ROSSEWELL is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You may also track your order via the Track Your Order page on our Site.

7. Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

Our complete return and refund terms are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• First-time orders are covered by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the delivery date.
• You do not need to return the bottle.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with the required photographic evidence.
• Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days of approval.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ROSSEWELL and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
• Any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, including chargebacks filed without first contacting us.

13. Dispute Resolution

Step 1 — Contact Us First (Required)

Before pursuing any formal legal action or filing any payment dispute, you agree to contact support@rossewell.com and allow 30 days for us to resolve the matter informally. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Step 2 — Mediation (If Still Unresolved)

If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before a mutually agreed mediator, with costs shared equally, before resorting to litigation or arbitration.

Step 3 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

However, nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including but not limited to:

• United States: the Federal Trade Commission Act, applicable state consumer protection statutes, and your right to seek redress in your local small-claims court.
• United Kingdom: the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and UK GDPR.

If any mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides greater protections than these Terms, those protections apply.
